OK making Bluetooth SPP work on Linux ils a bit tricky, but it werk! Note the comm port is rfcomm0 in there. I guess I need some udev black magic to make it "just work™" but ok

I wasn't completely sure if the 3v3 logic of the esp32 and stm32 would play nicely with the SN7516X tranceivers, but no pb (so far, I haven't tested all the possible cases of the GPIB protocol). With the esp32 just need to take care of which GPIO are actually I/O capable...

Breadboards are wonderful tools that let you very easily spend 2 hours chasing your tail by just swapping 2 wires... Anyway, progress, after the stm32 (f303k8), I have now the AR488 code github.com/Twilight-Logic/AR48 running on an esp32 (via SN75160/161 transceivers). Now let's see how to make this GPIB "dongle" wireless...

I finally got this project more or less finished! The USBDevice support for the STM32F303 has been added very recently (but a PR is still waiting to be merged), so I could finish the project!

Gitea (nightly edition) now has nodeinfo support. One (very tiny) step towards full federation. Thanks to @techknowlogick, @dachary @fedeproxy (and many others) for making this happen!

Today also (coincidentally) happened to be the day of the submission of the NLnet grant application for work on federation.

These are indeed very exciting times, and we are very proud and thankful of the community surrounding Gitea.

But no worries, the 20+ years old microwave oven is back, ready for duty. Was not its first surgery. But so far so good.

@aujawindar@snabelen.no @arthurlutzim well I know nothing about this engine, so... If it's really engine oil spitting from the exhaust, it's bit weird because usually, if the oil get into cylinders, it's burnt with the diesel gas which then makes the exhaust very (black) smoky. To me the head gasket issue is the first thing to fix then check the compression but I don't really believe in such leaky rings that it spits oil like what you describe (diesel won't run without good compression)

@arthurlutzim @aujawindar@snabelen.no
"split oil and water" looks very much like a blown head gasket (relatively easy to replace)... or a cracked head (no such a big deal if you happen to find a not too expensive decent one) or a crack in the engine block (then the whole engine is probably dead). In any case, a removal of the head is very likely to be the first thing to do.
